About us

Studio DRT is a fully equipped Pilates studio that honors Joseph Pilates' original method of Contrology while adding a contemporary flare to our workouts. Our studio specializes in private sessions, while offering duets, semi private sessions and a weekly class schedule for our current students to practice their practice.   



Studio DRT is also home to a continuously growing online hub of workout content including full workout programs, challenges, a library of classes including strength training, mat pilates, reformer, quick workouts under 30 minutes, core workouts, mobility sessions and so much more!

Physical fitness has the power to pull you fully into the present moment. We teach movement that doubles as meditation—an hour that strengthens your body while quieting your mind. As you focus on your breath, your form, and the way your body moves, the mental chatter fades, making space for clarity and calm.

By looking inward, we reconnect the body and mind. Fitness becomes a way to meet yourself, rather than a pursuit of outward appearance. From chaos to calm, our workouts guide you to find your center, realign with your intentions, and cultivate balance from within.

Every lesson at Studio DRT is taught by an instructor with a background in fitness and a pilates certification completed with no less than 500 hours of rigorous study and apprenticeship in traditional Pilates. With a calm yet confident presence, they guide each session with precision, making sure every movement is done safely and effectively. Their attention to detail and personalized approach ensure that each client feels supported, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Their passion for Pilates shines through in every session, creating an energizing and welcoming environment that makes it easy to stay committed to your fitness goals.

Hi, my name is Danny Reid.

Here are some fact about me you might not know!

  • I started working out about 15 years ago.
  • Pilates is the first form of fitness that I fell in love with!
  • I have degrees in Advertising & Graphic Design
  • I have my CPT from the American Council on Exercise.
  • I have been trained through STOTT Pilates.
  • I am a Certified Nutrition Fitness Specialist.
  • I love sci-fi & fantasy. You can say I'm a dreamer!
